Cirque de la Symphonique Concert
The Lima Symphony Orchestra, invites you and your students to our Annual Young People’s Concert: Cirque de la Symphonique. Under the direction of Maestro Crafton Beck, the LSO will present two great art forms, both requiring agility, creativity and a lifetime of practice. Gravity-defying aerial flyers, acrobats, dancers and jugglers will perform to choreographed symphonic favorites. These concerts are appropriate for students in grades four through eight. The Young People’s Concerts are a free educational service provided by the Lima Symphony Orchestra, Honda of America, Midwest Electric Foundation, The Lima Rotary Foundation, The Ohio State University at Lima, the Ohio Arts Council, and the Benevolent Order of Elks.
The concerts will take place at the Crouse Performance Hall in the Veteran’s Memorial Civic and Convention Center located at 7 Town Square (directions). They will be presented on Friday} October 12th, 2018.
Performance times are 9:30a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Each performance will be approximately 50 minutes in length. Seating is limited in the concert hall, so please make your reservation as soon as possible.
